Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Where we ship & how long it takes
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your bag. Any free-shipping offers will be shown in your cart and at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Delays, lost, or damaged parcels
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll help make it right.
